Each organisation has a representative that attends scheduled meetings. The aim of this forum is to ensure efficiency and to avoid duplication of assistance ensuring that assistance is given at the right time and to the right people. As a concern to our businesses to instill confidence that their donations are not being wasted and put to good use this forum has proved to be fruitful especially during the xenophobic attacks in recent. This forum will now deal with distributions of relief and disaster aid to the communities.
